Many of us are happy to go through life in an easy laissez faire manner and never try to breakout. I remember working at a top Telco firm earlier in my career and I was really content with the attention I was getting from my peers and management at large, I thought I was it!

Then a new director came into play and I realised how unprepared I was in the new structure and direction of the director. I had a choice to make, sit down and blame my new boss or decide to step up and take responsibility of my career.

Ultimately, the choices we make are our own responsibility and if you want to reach your potential and become that person you intend to be, then you must do more than just experience life.

Today, make a choice to go out and be intentional about your personal growth and seize all opportunities. Growth in anything we desire in life doesn’t just accidentally happen, not for me or you or anybody. We must go out there and GRAB it!
